Conditions of Use

By purchasing and or using our products you agree that we are not in control of any of the usage of any kind including squirting or dispersing the paint at different velocities and therefore are not responsible for any damages involving paint being used, sprayed, or blasted at any velocity. In addition, you agree to hold Paint Party Paint, its subsidiaries, or assigns harmless of any damage, including but not limited to paint stains on any surface, including clothing, painted surfaces, concrete or other materials as you agree that you will do a small test pattern with our products and protect necessary surfaces before usage.

In addition, you understand that people with known dry or sensitive skin should take extra care before using our product and therefore you will recommend to them to do a small test pattern to check for desired results on a hidden surface of their outer skin, or other exterior areas of concern, 30 minutes before any further usage. Furthermore, people with known allergies to preservatives, such as those found in most shampoos, should not use our paint products without proper testing or consent from a physician.

Some of our paint products can be diluted using water. However, once the product has been diluted from its original formula, you understand and agree that we cannot be liable for the deterioration of the preservatives in the product which if diluted too much or too long in advance of usage, could result in the growth of mold or bacteria over time. Therefore, if you dilute the product, you have changed the product and we are no longer responsible for its new properties.
